Fewer Kids are Having Kids
This article states statistics supporting a decline in pregnant teens. The latest figures from CDC stated that 7,315 American girls ages 10 to 14 had babies in 2002. This is the lowest that number has been since 1946. All teen pregnancy rates are dropping but the most drastic are the most vulnerable, and youngest group. Compared with US babies ovearall, those of teen mothers are more likely to be born prematurely, with birth defects, and die within the first year. After reading this article im interested if any other statistics show the decline in teens getting pregnant.
